We started Besties because finding genuine queer community in this
city shouldn't feel impossible, and Vol. 1 proved the entire point:
people actually want real-life connection, we just needed an
intentional space to do it.

Massive love to the 50 of you who pulled up early for friend speed
dating last time. Setting that foundation from the jump completely
shifted the social energy for the entire night and carried right onto
the dance floor afterwards.

We’re back at The American to keep building this out. Whether this is
